The University has different faculties that offer specialized programs to address unique challenges and opportunities in the Somaliland context, with the aim of creating spaces for social transformation and prosperity. 

The decision to start the university with this important course came from long-term research, which has analysed intricacies surrounding Somaliland’s developmental and social aspirations.

Postgraduate Studies

The University also offers two postgraduate diploma programs that were developed based on our market research and understanding of their importance to our community.

We have observed an increase in mental health issues among our younger generation, and after consulting with policymakers, practitioners, and development workers, we recognized the need to introduce these programs for the first time in our community.
